2022 (Track & Field)
Competed at 9 meets… Career best in the 1500m at the Pomona-Pitzer Invite… Finished 7th in the 3000m at the Redlands Invitational… Career best in the 3000m Steeplechase at the SCIAC Multi Dual #2… Career best in the 5000m at the Occidental Distance Carnival and a 6th place finish at the SCIAC Multi Dual #1.

2021 (Cross Country)
Competed in three meets… Placed 121st at the SCIAC Championships with 29:27.1… Placed 135th at the NCAA West Region Championships with 28:45.7… Best finish of the year was 116th at the Pomona-Pitzer Invite with 29:11.6… Fastest time was at the West Region Championships.

Edmonds Woodway High School ‘21
Competed for cross country, track & field, and swim in the WESCO league… Varsity Cross Country and Track from 10th through 12th grader… Senior year was cross country and track team captain… Member of 2018 WESCO Cross Country and Track Team Champions, Member of 2019 Washington State Qualifying Cross Country Team… Member of National Honor Society… Volunteer for the Edmonds Toy Shop.

Hometown is Edmonds, Washington… Parents are Sherri Ambacher and Mike Bury… Has a sister: Renee… Chose Cal Lutheran because “Felt that I wasn't a number at Cal Lutheran. Fell in love with the campus, community and culture and believe that I would have many amazing opportunities here.
