Nybo Continues NCAA Championships with 100 Fly

INDIANAPOLISAndreas Nybo of California Lutheran University men's swimming and diving was the lone Kingsmen to compete on day two of the 2022 NCAA Division III Swimming and Diving Championships at the IUPUI Natatorium.

He swam in the preliminaries of the 100-yard butterfly and finished with a time of 48.88 seconds. He just missed his school and SCIAC meet record of 48.51. He finished 28th in the nation, but did not make the finals.

Cal Lutheran has two competitors on day three. Nybo competes in the 200 fly and Luke Rodarte swims the 100-yard breaststroke. Rodarte has the second fastest qualifying time at the championships with 52.98. Prelims are at 10 a.m. and finals start 6 p.m. EST.
