THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. — California Lutheran University men's basketball is the no. 4 seed in the Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) Tournament and is hosting the Beavers on Wednesday at 7 p.m. in Gilbert Arena.
Tickets to the game can be purchased at the door for $10 or fans can buy them ahead of time online for $8. Students and staff with a valid SCIAC institution ID get in for free.

Cal Lutheran is making its first appearance in the SCIAC Postseason Tournament since the 2017 season where it finished runner-up. The Kingsmen were also runner-up in 2014 and will be looking for the program's first conference tournament championship. Cal Lutheran enters playoff action having won three of its last five games.
The Kingsmen have three double-digit scorers with Mason Johnson leading the way with 19.7 points per game. Jacob Alonzo is next with 15.9 and Tommy Griffitts adds 11. The trio has a fantastic shooting percentage as they all shoot 45-percent or better from the field.
Johnson is the team-leader on the boards with 6.1, Griffitts is next with 5.1 and Alonzo adds 4.5. Alonzo has been spectacular with the ball in his hands and has dished out 6.1 assists per game while only committing 1.8 turnovers. He also leads the team with 3.2 steals.
The 2022 Southern California Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (SCIAC) Men's Basketball Postseason Tournament is slated to begin Wednesday, February 23 with quarterfinal action. The SCIAC Tournament semifinals will take place on Friday, February 24, with the championship contest slated for Sunday, February 27.
The 2022 SCIAC Men's Basketball Tournament quarterfinals will be played on the campus of the No.1, No. 2, No. 3, and No. 4 seeds. The tournament semifinals and final will be played on the campus of the highest remaining seeds.
