Wright Named D3Baseball.com’s Third Baseman of the Week

THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. — The accolades continue to roll for the Cal Lutheran Kingsmen, this time honoring sophomore Tanner Wright as D3Baseball.com's Third Baseman of the Week for the first time in his career. 

The Las Vegas-native went 3-for-4 for the second consecutive game in route to a 4-2 victory over No. 5 Texas Lutheran on Friday, March 1. He now leads the team with a .406 average and .462 on base percentage.

In just nine games, Wright has collected a team-leading 13 hits and 11 runs in 32 at-bats. He also notched four RBI, two doubles, a triple and three stolen bases.
