Congratulations! You have made an excellent decision by choosing to attend California Lutheran University. As the Director of the Strength and Conditioning program, it is my pleasure to welcome you to one of the finest programs in the country.

The purpose of this website is to help student-athletes maximize their athletic potential. Regardless of training background, we differentiate between incoming student-athletes and returning student-athletes (individuals who have participated in CLU’s strength and conditioning program). As an incoming student-athlete, one's goal should be to enhance strength, along with technical skill (i.e., exercise technique). By watching the Exercise Videos, you will also begin to learn the essential components of the CLU way, which will enable you to “hit the ground running” once you arrive on campus.
