Flores earned the honor for the fourth time in her career. She was a three-time Defesive Athlete of the Week in 2018. Brown, Lasher and Pelaez were named for the first time in their collegiate career's.

Brown (Chula Vista, Calif.) led the No. 2 Cal Lutheran men's water polo to a 4-1 week that was highlighted by a 12-11 (4OT) win over No. 3 Claremont-Mudd-Scripps (CMS). The Kingsmen added wins of 14-8 over Augustana, 24-6 over Penn St-Behrend, and 15-4 over Ottawa (Ariz.), suffering their only loss, 10-9 to Division I and No. 15 ranked Fordham. Brown orchestrated the attack for the Kingsmen all week with 11 goals (including the golden goal against CMS), notched 14 assists, and tallied 15 steals.

Flores (Santa Maria, Calif.) was dominant in Cal Lutheran's 1-0-1 week that featured a 1-0 victory over Chapman, and a 0-0 (2OT) draw with No. 25 Pomona- Pitzer in SCIAC play. The senior goalkeeper was superb between the pipes for the Regals as she finished with 15 saves - eight in the draw with the Sagehens and seven against the Panthers, not allowing a goal in 200:00 minutes of action.

Lasher (Norco, Calif.) helped pace Cal Lutheran football to a 35-14 victory over La Verne in the Kingsmen's SCIAC opener. The junior quarterback was 11-for-20 throwing the ball (55%) for 184 yards - averaging 9.2 yards per completion. He threw for a pair of scores and completed a long pass of 33 yards en route to a 165.3 efficiency clip. The Kingsmen improved to 4-0 for the first time since 2006.

Pelaez (Arieta, Calif.) lifted Cal Lutheran men's soccer to a pair of SCIAC wins, including a 3-1 victory over Chapman and a 1-0 win over Pomona-Pitzer. In the win over the Panthers, the junior midfielder assisted the equalizer in the 51st minute to knot the game at 1-1 before scoring what proved to be the game-winner three minutes later. In a tightly contested match with the Sagehens, Pelaez broke the 0-0 deadlock in the 80th minute to give the Kingsmen a 1-0 victory.
