CLAREMONT, Calif.– The California Lutheran University women's cross-country team posted two course-best times and finished seventh overall at the SCIAC Championships hosted by Pomona-Pitzer.

"The Regals raced extremely well today and worked together to constantly move up throughout the race," said Head Coach Matt Lea. "They had two course bests and Veronica Redpath ran the fourth fastest time in CLU history for the course. Veronica Redpath led the Regals yet again, posting the fourth fastest time (23:25.9) in Cal Lutheran history on the course, good enough for 22ndoverall.

Rachel Ereso had another great showing, finishing 36th overall and posting a time of 24:13.4.

Only a few seconds behind senior was Caroline Slate in 39th , crossing the line at 24:15.4.

Olivia Becker put in a solid performance at the SCIAC Championships, finishing 76th with a time of 25:32.6.
