After a full timeout called by the Regals, Nicole Guerriero came out swinging and scored a fast goal with the help from Thomas. Hirn scored shortly after Guerriero and FPU's Sam Witt answered back, putting the Sunbirds on the board. The Regals led 3-1 heading into the second period. Both Meek and Roed scored in the second along with two goals from FPU.
