Regals Break Into United Soccer Coaches Top-25

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – Announced today by the United Soccer Coaches, the Cal Lutheran women's soccer team has broken into the Division III Top-25 poll in Week Four, taking over the final spot after receiving votes last week.

A year after last being among the top teams in the nation, the Regals returned to the rankings in the midst of an eight-game unbeaten streak, with seven victories and a tie, this fall. CLU has not dropped a contest since game two of the year on Sept. 8.

The University of Chicago sits in the No. 1 spot followed by Washington University (Mo.) and The College of New Jersey in the second and third positions, respectively.

Cal Lutheran (8-1-1, 5-0-1 SCIAC) is in action tonight at Whittier with kickoff set for 7:00 p.m.
