2017 (Cross Country)
Raced in six meets for the Kingsmen as a junior… Finished top four amongst the team in four of his races… Recorded his best time at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational with a time of 28:32.7… Notched his highest finish at the SCIAC Multi-Duals (68th)... inducted into the CLU Scholar-Athlete Society for the third time. 

2017 (Track & Field)
Set a season-best 4:23.64 in the 1500m at SCIAC Championships…garnered a personal record in the 3000m, running 9:42.87 at the Westmont Sunshine Open...inducted into the CLU Scholar-Athlete Society for the second time.

2016 (Cross Country)
Competed in four meets for the Kingsmen as a junior… ran his fastest 8K at the Biola Invitational with a time of 28:48.96 (Sept. 10)… ran a 30:59.58 8K at the SCIAC Championships (Oct. 29)… average time for the season was 29:50.22...inducted into the CLU Scholar-Athlete Society for the second time.

2016 (Track & Field)
Placed 25^th overall in the 1500m with a time of 4:22.14 at the SCIAC Championships (Apr. 30)…placed 37^th in the 5000m with a season-best time of 16:39.40…season-best time in the 1500m came at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational in 4:21.96 (Apr. 9)…inducted into the CLU Scholar-Athlete Society…earned SCIAC All-Academic honors.

2015 (Cross Country)
Appeared in three meets for the Kingsmen in his first year of competition…fastest 8K came at the Pomona-Pitzer Invitational (Oct. 3) with a time of 30:00.65…ran an average time of 30:11.10 for the season…member of USTFCCCA All-Academic Team in 2015.

2015 (Track & Field)
Competed at the SCIAC Championships (May 2) where he placed 24^th overall in the 1500m with a time of 4:23.06…competed in the 3000m Steeplechase at the SCIAC No. 2 meet (Mar. 28) and placed 10^th with a time of 11:29.11.

Highland High School
Graduated in 2014…member of the cross country and track team for the Bulldogs…earned All-Golden League honors as a senior.
