2018 (Track & Field)
Competed in the 800m, the 1500m, the mile and in the 3000m steeplechase during his sophomore season as a Kingsmen...recorded season bests of 2:01.71 in the 800m, 4:15.09 in the 1500m, 4:44.56 in the mile, and 10:32.41 in the 3000m steeplechase.

2017 (Track & Field)
Debuted for the Kingsmen in the mile at the Westmont Sunshine Open, running a season-best 4:44.17…additionally garnered a season-best in the 1500m (4:16.46) at SCIAC Multi-Dual No. 3…finished his freshman campaign with a season-best 1:58.97 in the 800m at the Oxy Invitational.

2016 (Cross Country)
Appeared in all six meets for the Kingsmen as a freshman… fastest 8K came at the Biola Invitational with the time of 28:09.99 (Sept. 10)… he competed in the NCAA DIII West Regionals and ran an 8K in 29:31.00 (Nov. 12…his average time of the season was 28:47.58

Pleasant Valley High School
Graduated from Pleasant Valley HS in Bettendorf, Iowa in 2016…earned four varsity letters for cross country and swimming, earned three letters for track…named to the All-Academic team all four years…named to the All-Conference team for cross country and track & field in 2014 and 2015…All-Conference in swimming all four years.
