Fastest times recorded include a 1:04.42 in the 100 back at the Malibu Invitational (Oct. 23), 11:25.81 in the 100 free vs. Occidental (Dec. 3), 19:46.76 in the 1650 free at Redlands (Dec. 4), 52.80 in the 100 free at the Finis Invitational (Dec. 12), 1:11.97 and 1:03.89 in the 100 breast and 100 fly at the CLU Winter Invite (Dec. 30), a 1:57.64 and 5:24.51 in the 200 and 500 free vs. Caltech (Jan. 29), 2:30.16 in the 200 breast at Pomona-Pitzer (Feb. 5), a 20.73, 2:03.14, and 4:27.27 in the 50 free, 200 and 400 IM at the SCIAC Championships (Feb. 20-22)...second year member of the CLU Scholar-Athlete Society.

2009-10 (Swimming)
Did not qualify for finals at SCIAC Championships...swam seasonal best 100 breaststroke in prelims (1:05.32) taking 22nd overall...first-year member of CLU Scholar-Athlete Society.

Mount Rainier High School
Member of varsity swim team all four years...also member of Rams' varsity soccer team three seasons and cross country one year...member of Seamont League and District champion teams...member of state runner-up squad in 2008 and 2009.

Full name: Gregory John Geisbers...born on July 3, 1990, in Burien, Wash...the youngest of Kenneth and Tina Giesbers' three kids...has two older sisters Elizabeth and Alexandra...family now residing in Burien, Wash...currently majoring in physics and minoring in mathematics...career goal is to discover the Higgs boson.
