THOUSAND OAKS, Calif. — Saturday morning inside the Lundring Events Center at the Gilbert Sports and Fitness Center was full of memories and nostalgic conversation as six former Cal Lutheran student-athletes were inducted into the Alumni Association Athletic Hall of Fame.
Among those honored were Steve Blum '77, MA '90 (men's track and field), Jackie (Russell) Griffin '13, M.Ed. '16 (women's volleyball), Mikey McGinn '14 (men's golf), Kylie McLogan '14 (women's volleyball), Lauren (Stroot) Reynolds '06, M.Ed. '10 (women's basketball) and Eric Rogers '13 (football).
The 2019 ceremony marked the 15th induction class since its inception. The Hall of Fame was established in 2003 to honor CLU's rich athletic distinguished history.
