Amanda Roberts helped lead the Regals to a 2-1 record this past week with a 3-1 win against Chapman and a sweep verses Pomona-Pitzer. The team also put up a hard fight, but fell short 3-2 against La Verne. On the week, Roberts recorded 3.00 kills per set (30), a .400 hitting percentage, 21 digs, three block asissta and one service ace. Against Chapman, Roberts swatted down a match-high 16 kills with a .552 hitting percentage. She added 10 digs as she recorded a double-double. Verses, Pomona-Pitzer, she recorded 13 kills with a .455 clip and and added eight digs and two block assists. As of now, Cal Lutheran is tied in for the fourth-best record in conference play with Chapman at 6-5, with five games to go. The top-four teams advance to the SCIAC Postseason Tournament.
