Chris Beeson had his best game of the year, thus far, as he rushed 13 times for 192 yards and two scores. He averaged an incredible 14.8 yards per carry. Beeson led the Kingsmen football team past the Claremont-Mudd-Scripps Stags, 42-20, on homecoming. This was Beeson's first 100-yard rushing game of the year, and he nearly got to 200. He helped the team put up 480 yards of total offense as CLU averaged 8.4 yards per play. The Kingsmen are now 4-1 on the season, 2-1 in the SCIAC and sit one game behind Chapman who is 3-0 in conference, but 3-2 overall.
