Just one week after claiming two individual titles at the SCIAC Championships, Melissa Skiba returned to Bill Henry Track for the Occidental Invitational and set a nine second lifetime personal best in the 5,000m. Skiba took an early lead in the race and maintained it throughout for a finish in 16:17.87 to become the 5th fastest time in NCAA Division III history.
