Sarah Baker earned her second CLU Female Athlete of the Week award this spring after leading the Regals to victory over UC Santa Cruz and Division II opponent Dominican. The senior from Palmdale, Calif. won five out of her six matches during the week and went a perfect 4-0 in two wins over the weekend. Playing at No. 4 singles against scholarship Dominican, Baker came through with a 6-2, 6-4 victory and cruised to a 6-0, 6-1 win against the Banana Slugs. In doubles competition, Baker teamed up with Rebecca Gold where they won all three of their matches and were responsible for the lone point in a loss to Lewis & Clark.
