Jessica Salottolo led the Regals to another 2-0 week with big double-digit victories over La Verne and Whittier. The sophomore guard began the week with a career-high 29 points against the Leopards after shooting an efficient 12-for-18 from the field, including 4-for-8 from downtown. In an 88-58 win over the Poets, Salottolo continued her blistering touch from the field, going 7-for-11 for 18 points while adding three steals and a game-high two blocks. In the two games combined she shot 66 percent (19-for-29) from the field, 50 percent (5-for-10) from three-point territory and totaled 47 points while stretching the Regals win streak to six games.
