Zack Larson was instrumental in the Kingsmen going 2-0 this week as the junior transfer netted four goals with an assist in two games for nine points. Against CMS on Monday night, Larson scored a hat-trick in a high-scoring 4-3 victory over the Stags. To cap of a full Homecoming at CLU, the forward found the back of the net with the game-winner in the 8th minute as he used his footwork and speed to beat out a Caltech defender, spin and fire for the second of five goals in a 5-1 victory. Overall, Larson took 18 shots with 11 on target for a .611 shot on goal percentage this week. He is undeniably one of the quickest and most accurate shooters in the conference.
