On Sunday, April 22, pitcher Peter Ciaramitaro tossed a nine inning complete game shutout against Redlands. He picked up his sixth win of the season following the 9-0 victory over the Bulldogs.

Ciaramitaro gave up just five singles and struck out three batters during his 134-pitch effort against the Bulldogs. Over his past four home starts against SCIAC teams he has not allowed an earned run or extra base hit in 30 innings and has pitched back-to-back complete games (Whittier and Redlands).

In SCIAC-only contests he currently ranks fourth among conference pitchers in ERA (2.37), fifth in strikeouts (38) and innings pitched (57.0).
