Nettles played all 40 minutes and scored a team-high 19 points in a 65-59 win over Redlands in the team's final home game of the regular season. He went 4-for-10 from three, and also collected three steals and five rebounds.
The victory continued a 21-game win streak of home conference wins over Redlands, dating back to the 1991-92 season when Cal Lutheran joined the SCIAC.
Against nationally ranked Claremont-Mudd-Scripps, Nettles went for 10 points, four rebounds, two steals and an assist. He connected on 3-of-7 3-pointers and went 7-for-17 over the past two games.
Nettles leads the team with 38 made 3-pointers and 25 steals this season. He also ranks second on the team averaging 9.9 points and third with 3.7 rebounds per game.
